• This Latvian alphabet puzzle is made whilst thinking about increasing and expanding vocabulary among other things - every letter has two hand-painted pictures - (for example - for the letter “A” there is a picture of a sheep (aita) - painted on the alphabet’s foundation; and a sewing needle (adata) - on the corresponding puzzle piece).

• With this educational game, the child will not only learn the letters, he will remember their order and sequence as well - the pictures will help to understand the pronunciation, therefore, gradually learning how to read as well.
